Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented human resources manager to join our team. the ideal candidate will take charge of managing all hr-related activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and contributing to the development and implementation of hr policies and procedures.


  • Manage all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement hr policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stay informed about and ensure compliance with current employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee staffing management, employee training, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Handle payroll operations and understand tax implications for vendor bill payments.
  • Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a healthy organizational culture.


  • Minimum 4 Years of experience as an HR generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and current hr regulations.
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills with expertise in employee relations, staffing, and training.
  • Understanding of payroll operations and tax implications for vendor bill payments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively multitask.
