Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented human resources manager to join our team. the ideal candidate will take charge of managing all hr-related activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and contributing to the development and implementation of hr policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement hr policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about and ensure compliance with current employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee staffing management, employee training, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Handle payroll operations and understand tax implications for vendor bill payments.
- Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a healthy organizational culture.
Skills
- Minimum 4 Years of experience as an HR generalist.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and current hr regulations.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills with expertise in employee relations, staffing, and training.
- Understanding of payroll operations and tax implications for vendor bill payments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and time management skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively multitask.
