Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media, and Email Marketing, along with proven experience in managing a team. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns while mentoring and guiding a high-performing team to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy across SEO, paid media, social media, and email channels.
  • Align digital initiatives with business goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging and user experience.


SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Drive organic traffic through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and regular audits to enhance site visibility.
  • Manage SEO team to perform all SEO activities.


Paid Marketing

  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize for ROAS, and work with design/content teams on creatives.


Social Media Marketing

  • Create and manage social media calendars and campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Track performance and optimize based on insights and trends.


Email Marketing

  • Design and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing, customer retention, and promotional pushes.
  • Maintain mailing lists, segment audiences, and analyze key metrics.


Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and performance marketers.
  • Set clear goals, delegate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and foster professional growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams to align efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong command of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot/Mailchimp.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
