Business Development Manager

We are hiring a business development manager to excel in this sales role. One should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.


In this role, you will foster new client relationships, lead innovative marketing strategies, and guide our development team towards achieving business targets and propel our company’s growth by leveraging your sales expertise and strategic vision. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Key Skills

  • Must have ERP knowledge and International Clients experience.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Managed a team to achieve their personal target and team targets
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in tools/platforms like CRM, Contact hunting, visualizations, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
