1) Planning

The role, resources, shifts, operation schedules can be created, managed, and monitored using the Planning module. Let’s discuss its features and functions of it.

2) Scheduling

By opening the Project module, you can view the timetable being organized in the calendar form on the foundation of the resource. It is very essential to make the scheduling of the works based totally on extraordinary criteria.

4) Open Shifts

If you prefer to permit the employees to unassign themselves from the assigned schedules, you can enable the Allow Unassignment option from the Settings option.

5) Resources

In Odoo Integration you can configure and create new resources. These resources can be selected while creating new schedules.

To create and view the resources of the company, pick the Resources choice from the Configuration tab. The listing of the resources alongside their Working Time is shown.

7) Shift Templates

By selecting them from the list you can view the important points such as which Role can be assigned with the shift, the Project, and the Task that can have the schedule, the Start Hour of the timetable, and the Duration of the agenda in hours.

You can create a new shift template by selecting the CREATE button. On the new shift, the template page filled up the details of the shift being created, such as the Role, Project, Task, the Start Hour indicating the time on which the shift will be starting, and the Duration Hours.

8) Planning Analysis

One of the most important features of Odoo is that it provides analytical and graphical reports of the actions recorded in every module.

You can group the result on the basis of Department, Resource, Role, Sales Order, Sales Order Item, Project, Task, Parent Task, and specific Start Date.

You can view the report in Pivot, Graph, Gantt, List, and in Kanban view as per your requirements.

In the Kanban view, you get the planning sheet of each employee with Time, role, draft, or published separately.
